Too Many Accessories
I'm really not sure why women think adding a ton of mixed bracelets and mulitple necklaces plus a scarf, hat and statement belt make for a cute look?
By keeping your accessories to a minimium and wearing a simple necklace or a delicate ring appears feminine and polished. Too many gives the impression that you're trying too hard.

Not Cleaning Your Shoes
Ok, ok sometimes its hard to have perfectly clean shoes especially during the winter time with salt and snow. However its a simple fix, keep a shine sponge in your car, bag and home, that way you are always prepared. I mean how many times have you glanced down at a persons shoes?
Missing a Belt Loop

For Guys: Unkempt Facial Hair
Guys just because the trend is to grow a beard please note you do actually have to maintain your beard. Make sure your beard is neat and trimmed often, looking like you just came from a cave isnt attractive.
Wearing Athletic Shoes in Non-athletic Situations
Now this is a complete no no! Please please I beg you, do not under any circumstances wear running shoes out to a bar no matter how casual the bar! Unless you are at the gym / trail / park or woods those are the only appropriate places to be worn.
If you are running errands at least pair them with work out pants. It's kinda like wearing a dress and throwing over a hoodie as a jacket?! Would you do that? NOOOO!
