I've always been a fan of simple pieces especially necklaces. Jewelry quite simply is the finishing piece to an outfit. Keeping the pieces simple instantly gives a fresh elegant look without being overbearing. Most of my pieces are from Stella & Dot / Swarovski / Michael Kors / Kate Spade and Henry Bendel.

Red lipstick can elevate just about ANY outfit. I firmly believe a woman in red lipstick has the world at her fingertips. It’s such a style confidence booster! 1. Monotone Or Monochrome
Monotone dressing shouldn’t be muddled up with monochrome dressing, which is a whole other masterclass in minimalism in itself. The joy of monotone is that it’s one color head to toe, while monochrome is all about different shades or intensities of one color worn together. For monochrome dressing think artsy minimalist, for monotone dressing think all sorts of rainbow brights and summer sorbet hues to play with.
Either way, both give an impression of luxury and elegance when done right.
2. Pointy Shoes
Flats or heels pointy shoes always have a chic look. Keep to a classic nude or black to remain timeless. If the price point is a huge factor chose faux suede over faux leather. Faux suede is easier to "cover up" than faux leather.
